Artisan Chocolate Wedding Favors

Chef Thomas came to our house to prepare and serve our anniversary dinner. He was extremely responsive when coordinating the menu and add-ons. This was our first time hiring a private chef and based on our experience would definitely do it again. Chef Thomas took great care in every detail from printed menus to the last clean dish. Our food was fantastic. We also asked him to bring a couple boxes of the truffles and they are truly special. I’d love to have him come back and cook some Thai food for us for another treat.

Recently Chef Thomas prepared a fabulous birthday dinner for four of us at our home. He was punctual, prepared and professional. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. We highly recommend Chef Thomas, in fact we liked him so much he’ll be back with us again in a couple weeks.

We had Thomas come to our home and create an incredible 3-course dinner for us and our 5 guests. He is absolutely amazing! The food, all made from scratch, was sooooo delicious — we found ourselves moaning out loud with every mouthful. He is delightful, very personable, and so very efficient in the kitchen as well as serving each course. Further, at the end of the evening, you would never have known he was there because he had left my kitchen spotless, loaded the dishwasher, even took out the garbage. He is a very well-rounded chef, and we had many options of courses to choose from during the planning process. Also, do not pass up an opportunity to have him make something with chocolate (as we did for our dessert), as he is also a very accomplished chocolatier. We highly recommend him; you will not be disappointed!

We had Thomas do a private dinner at my parent’s house as a Christmas gift. He far exceeded any expectations that we had! The meal was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be doing that again. To have such a high quality chef make a gourmet meal in your house was such a cool experience. I highly recommend it! He even left the kitchen cleaner then it was when he started.

Chef Thomas provides one of the most consistent dining experiences I have ever had. The dedication to his craft can be seen in every plating and tasted in every bite. He has caused me to abandon my preconceived notions about certain foods/ingredients on numerous occasions. I always look forward to his menu offerings – never disappoints!

Chef Thomas came came to our home for my husband’s special birthday to prepare Thai food. The meal was beyond our expectations—flavors, combinations, freshness—a whole new experience in Thai! It was truly one of the most delicious meals I have had! Throughout the meal, Thomas shared the story of the food he was serving and answered questions we had about his experiences that enriched our evening and conversation immensely! I also gave the gift of Thomas’s chocolates to my husband and guests. The amazing smoothness of the chocolate and bursts of flavor along with the incredible beauty of the chocolate made for an additional culinary experience! Chef Thomas truly uses art, science, family, education to create a top notch experience. His attention to detail in the food along with preparation and clean up made our evening truly complete. I highly recommend him!

We rented a home on lake lanier for a vacation with family and friends. Thomas traveled to us from Atlanta for no extra fees. I found him a couple days before the trip on the internet with some good reviews and decided to pick him. We hit the jack pot. He is a true chef. He is extremely professional and polite. He prepared a meal for 10 that was amazing. He spit shined the kitchen after the meal, and couldn’t even tell he was there. We will definitely get him again if we are ever back in ATL.

Chef was amazing! He came to our home for private chef services and cooked the most delicious Father’s Day dinner. The entire experience was very professional and it felt like a fine dining experience. Chef Thomas has such deep culinary expertise which shows in his dishes. It is incredible how flavorful his food is as well as his dessert. We can’t wait to use Chef again!

“The food was fantastic, and the chef and his assistant were professional throughout. The chef was also pretty flexible – I found out the day before the dinner that one of the girls didn’t eat seafood, and the chef was able to accommodate her. They also took care of serving the food, and cleaning the dishes and the cooking area – at the end of the night, we just had to start the dishwasher.

The night went really smoothly, and a lot of the girls said it was one of their favorite nights of the bachelorette! I would definitely recommend Chef Thomas!
