Who doesn’t love caramel corn!? Well, some people don’t and those people are nuts. The rest of us know it’s like edible crack! Well now I’ve taken this crack and stepped it up a notch. This particular bonbon is made not only with homemade caramel corn, and peanuts, but also with a very unique chocolate that I get form Ecuador. This white chocolate is made with roasted corn and both the dairy and the sugar that are used are locally sourced as well. It’s super delicious, almost caramel in flavor, and very different!
