Milk Chocolate Almond Rochers with Maldon Sea Salt (8 Pieces)

Description

I learned how to make these from a Master German Chocolatier back in 2001 and have been a huge fan ever since. Toasted almond slivers lightly coated in a sugar glaze, then completely covered in Milk Chocolate Couverture and garnished with Maldon Sea Salt. Traditionally, they don’t have the salt, but I think it’s a nice addition.
